Re: Will we win the Prem (continued)?

Our title hopes in my opinion are dependant on what happens to Liverpool tomorrow against Norwich.

If Liverpool win then I see Chelsea playing a weaker side next week as I think Jose will see chasing the PL a lost cause when he has Atletico to worry about, a tie that Chelsea can win.

I think it's Liverpool's to lose now and I can see them winning it with two games to go if they keep on winning like they are but tomorrow is massive for them, big pressure on them now to go 5 points clear.

Re: Title still possible

If my math is correct (which it very well may not be) if we run the table and Liverpool drop 3 points (even if against Chelsea) we would be tied with them at the top and goal dif. would decide the title. Correct?

Yes.
And it's maths not math.

Maybe where you're from. Thanks for the clarification though

As I said at the time, Chelsea beating PSG was bad news for us, but Chelsea can't give up on the League even if they need more than a win at Anfield.

Mourinho will know that even a point at Anfield will stop Liverpool in their tracks and put doubt in their mind. There are other games and even the last game at home to Newcastle is fraught with danger when the pressure is on and the momentum is lost. Newcastle would relish going to Anfield and taking the title from them.

Re: Will we win the Prem (continued)?

We need some one to take points off liverpool, unfortunately we couldnt do it

Just imagine if we had drawn at anfield, won at home against sunderland, how comfortable we would have been now.

There are no easy games, all our players should be up for all the games

.

And better if we promise them £10m a man to go there and win ;-)

Re: Will we win the Prem (continued)?

Let us not forget how much Henderson and Sturridge will be missed tomorrow..

They have been important players all season,so them missing could have consequences..
