I've got a feeling the scousers won't get 3 points on Saturday and if that happens you can also see them dropping points against Chelsea

If that panned out and we won all our games we'd be champions. However after the shambles tonight, you really can't see us winning all our games

The result tonight could really drive Chelsea to go on and beat Liverpool, only for Chelsea to draw on the last day of the season, and us to win it. :)

dippers and chelsea will both drop unexpected points , and if chelsea draw at klanfield , its game on.

Liverpool - 78

Liverpool - 79
Chelsea - 79
City - 77

Everton 1-1 City
Palace 1-1 Liverpool
Chelsea 4-0 Norwich

Chelsea - 82
City - 81
Liverpool - 80

Cardiff 2-2 Chelsea
Liverpool 4-0 Newcastle
City 3-0 West Ham

Could that really happen?

what e need is one of them to drop the points somewhere and then to win or at least not lose in liverpool vs chelsea game.

It was much easier before tonight as all we needed was to win all remaining games and chelsea not to lose at Anfield but as much as I guess it's over, there is still a chance.

Actually it would have been two points.

Its each game as it comes but if we are focussed on the bigger picture this season we have to just keep our distance from Arsenal and Everton and see where it takes us.

Its a better approach that worrying about Liverpool and Chelsea.

We can only control what we do on match days.

It was only a couple of weeks ago that we were 3 points behind Chelsea with 3 games in hand, now we're 4 points behind with just 1 game in hand. It's amazing how quickly things can go to shit.

Similar situation like after home defeat by Chelsea. We played same flat and boring shit at Norwich. Looks like those defeats in big games affect the team heavily.
