For the princely sum of 62p a year I have no problem with supporting the Royal family. All estimations are that the country makes a profit from them anyway.

Exactly. That's the tax on one litre of fuel a year. No great hole in my wallet, and after all you get a bit of something back for that rather than burn it in a few miles.
It'll be good for us all to have something good to watch on the news. Even though it will be over done, and 24/7 for a few weeks before, at least it'll get a few people excited, and I bet the policiing bill for it is lower than the student riots last week.
From I can gather (been at a funeral all day) the news is wall to wall on it, and it's just a bit of good stuff to show.
I just can't wait to see the pictures from the stag do that Harry's about to organise!
