I'm happy for 'em personally, while I don't agree with the money they get, the Royals are IMO the last real English figure of Pride along with the troops, so all the best.

To ask the British public to pay for a wedding is not about the cost, it's what it says about our class system that is so annoying. If we continue to support the royal family, regardless of how much money it costs (or makes) we continue to conceed that these people are better than us for no other reason than birth.
