I was talking to my mate yesterday and our general feelings were that it was probably a blessing in disguise going out to Madrid. Absolutely gutted and empty at the time, but if we'd had to shoe horn another two games these next 2 midweek then I dread to think what the outcome be. And I doubt he'd of played anything like the teams he played against Chelsea and Forest yesterday which might in itself caused us mither.Four games in 12 days with one 120 minutes and then trips to London, Brighton and Forest. Not shocking they looked off today. Silver lining of Madrid tie is they'll avoid playing this week and can be 100% focused on this one.
