And we would have sold both tiers, but our club only accepted the bottom tier because of the no return policy.
That doesn't make sense
If you would have sold both tiers they would have asked for both tiers as there wouldn't need to return any

It happens. City have done it a few times (Arsenal at home in Jan) so we can't point the finger at anyone. It's down to bad calls from people within the club
It's mainly down to the ridiculous rules (mainly at the behest of the bigger clubs) that home clubs keep 100% of ticket money. Some clubs won't risk shelling out for more tickets than they can sell but when even a well-supported club like Newcastle start taking a reduced allocation then there's something wrong.

Is Newcastle sold out too? Nothing coming on on the seat planner but they might open some of the corners yet.

I had a ganders this morning and there were about 15 tickets left. They might release a few extra blocks with dribs and drabs of tickets in for whatever reason like they did with wolves, and then it'll sell out. Won't be long by the looks of things, if it hasn't already

Had a quick look and I make it one ticket, in one of the 'corners'.

215 also came up as available but no seats were clickable in it.

Are you in 215 by any chance? I'm in 102 and every single game even though all the tickets are instantly gone there it appears as available, I think its a glitch in the system but don't know if it happens to anyone with their block.

Re: Wolves Sold Out, Newcastle About To Sell Out

If this happens for the next 30 consecutive games then we will have genuine reasons to expand.

They were on open sale last season , normally doesn't happen.

City got stung at Birmingham in 2004/05 (tens of thousand I believe), then only took around 1000 and Pompey soon after and 1100 at Charlton (but they gave us more in the end).

If NUFC have been stung once they will be very cautious.

Re: Wolves Sold Out, Newcastle About To Sell Out

Best hurry up and announce some form of expansion plan, selling out all home games yet not even played a top side.

Come on Sheikh Mansour, get raiding the piggy bank.

Yes well spotted. 215 is the block where I booked our tickets. By Tuesday it was only the blocks above the away fans I could get.

Re: Wolves Sold Out, Newcastle About To Sell Out

which gates do home and away supporters use then if its only bottom tier for away fans?
