Cant go along with that scenario
Its in keeping with us being one of the teams happy to pursue a European Super League (don't think Wolves would be in that). Its not for the greater good, but to make us richer.

Girona ended up being the (only) club that volunteered to host their home league game against Barcelona in Miami to make a shit ton of money. Thats the biggest game of the season for Girona supporters, and there was no hesitation. Thankfully the Spanish FA stepped in. We would 100% support a 39th game abroad in the PL.

We buy players as commodities with no intention of them ever playing for us because we think there is an opportunity to make money.

We do a lot of good, in the local community and beyond. I still love seeing us play, but its beyond a football club now, its a business. We didn't start that particular fire, but we are very much part of it now.

Our decisions are made to maximise income rather than what is "right".

If we were in the reverse situation and we didn't either instigate or go along with the letter, it would be neglectful of our management personnel.

It is a hypothetical situation though and I'm not going to fall out with anyone that disagrees.
