Every one of our tackles that was a foul resulted in a Rag free kick. We got about 80% of the fouls committed by the Rags.

But there is no doubt, the much better footballing side won tonight. Very good all round performance, though I wish we would stop fuckin' about with at the back thinking we have a back line composed of Baresi, Santamaria, Ewing 'n Leivers.

I didn't think it was that good a performance tonight, some of our play was pretty poor under their "press".

I agree with you about some of "fuckin about at the back", we could have gone a couple behind quite early on with it, and again at the end could have conceded further.

It's not just the passing so much, but the trying to run/dribble forward with it, and running into trouble with it.

Went to the game with my neice and two of her friends and really enjoyed.

Watching the womens team live really does make you realise how good they are.

In typical 'holistic' style, City had the patterns and building play, Scum had the ball into the channels.

Fully deserved win and the United team were dirty.

Yes, all that farting around at the back causes me no end of grief. At time we appeared to be under the impression that there was no opposition on the pitch, that can be the only explanation as to why we thought we could spend so much time dallying whilst in possession. You would have thought all the thuggish tackles would have focussed their minds a bit more.
