Demi Stokes burst past her opponent, nice cross resulting in the own goal. Didn't see the whole game so not sure about wotm. Brilliant way to win right at the very end. Manchester City you beauty, I'll have my fingers and everything crossed, the guys and the girls could both bring the FA cup home!!

Can't see why this game and Reading V West Ham semi final couldn't be swapped round. sure they organsie these games the worst they can. Lets sandwich it right in between the mens game and the Liverpool Chelsea game, on BBC 1

The organisation of it all is terrible.

They might as well make the women’s game a stand alone game with no links to the clubs if they can’t even get the basic scheduling right.

Another Wembers final! It was a thoroughly absorbing and enthralling game despite the fact that it was heading for AET! Either side could have won it. CFC play some very quick, highly skilled moves but our defence stood firm. Jen Beattie PotM but it was one of those games where half a dozen could have qualified. CFC players will be gutted at the way they lost it, but would they given a shit had it been at t'other end?

The FA seem to do their best to schedule games when the mens team are playing like today but still go on about trying to increase crowds. Like last time the women made it to Wembley the men are at home on the same day. Oh, and there’s hardly any trains running on the west coast mainline due to engineering works.
