Hi Barcon, just got back to Petawawa, enjoyable day watching City beat Norway haha. At the ground they gave player of the match to Bardsley but what a cracking goal from Bronze worked well by Jill Scott. Houghton deserves a mention as well, great equaliser. Saw a few Blue shirts but would you know it someone in a rag shirt carrying a Norway flag, typical. But, eh, bring on Canada, football(ladies) could be coming home lol.

With my referees assessors hat on i would be interested to know why the refs appear to be allowing foul throws. England V Norway tonight i saw at least 6. Also one of the Norwegians threw the ball at Jill Scott in an aggresive manner. At least a yellow if not a red. Also, kicking the ball away to delay a restart does not appear to be a yellow card in this competition. Have seen about 6 so far. One even looked to have cleared the ground but only a minor ticking off.

Tbf I see quite a few foul throws not penalised in the Prem, isn't the assistant supposed to be watching the throw? I agree about the Scott incident, I was very surprised not to see any card.
