They do however its not that easy, as Ireland has shown us, in my experience of that region, the majority wanted peace years before it came, they didnt speak up or report members of the IRA, for fear of being shunned in the community or worse repercussions.

This is true^^^^ I have been in pubs in Kilburn London when such tins have come around, and theres even been an 'admission fee' on Friday nights 'for the cause'
