A strain is a ligament injury. People hear the word sprain and think it sounds like nothing, but a sprain is a pulling or tearing of the ligament. Twisted ankle....... fucking soft arse, when my son did that, he sprayed water on it and ran again within a minute, im telling you i really do think he's tripped over his wallet and stretched the ligaments :-o
