Words that Bluemooners get mixed up

Only if you're French otherwise you are on the route or simply on route.

I just thought I would repeat what metal said.

Is it 'On Route' or 'En Route'?

You're on your way to good spelling

What to Know
When you want to say you are "along the way" the correct spelling is en route. This phrase has been borrowed from French and its pronunciation in English is very close to "on route." Thus, it is not uncommon to see this spelling error throughout the phrase's usage.

The article you have so helpfully posted states... borrowed from the French.
Well I didn't borrow anything from those surrender monkeys. I don't want their silly phrase i am quite happy being on route.
I bet you go on the muffin/ barn thread saying it's a baguette.

Title of this thread reminds me of a chubby brown joke.

"Came down stairs this morning and meant to say to the wife, thanks for breakfast it looks lovely but instead what came out was, you stupid fucking woman, marrying you has ruined my life!!"

Went something like that anyway.. :-)
