Work Christmas Do

Just been to mine. Skipped the buffet and instead got stuck into the free bar for a few hours. Decided to remove myself from the equation though after 5 Glühwein, 3 glasses of Prosecco and 8 bottles of becks. Just didn`t fancy playing the corporate monkey game and licking arse the rest of the night. Business and pleasure are sometimes best seperated.

All time off work and cost accounted for by our good selves (just in case the Private Sector lot think we have it 'cushy')

Late lunch at Cafe Rouge in Canary Wharf on Friday. Then back to Manchester on the train, First Class so I can top up with booze on the trip.

boss has hired a 9 bed house in gloucester from friday to monday.....hot tub in garden.....xmas meal on saturday evening and house stocked with beer ;)

We had ours last week.

I had a college declare her drunken love to me,
Had the boss joining in on rounds of Jagerbombs,
Watched him dance the night away with his former PA,
Had £180 taken out of my wallet by a Hackney cab driver,
Didn't sleep,
Drove into work the next day in no fit state,
Checked out of work by lunch having sat in meetings without registering a single word that was said.

Ate two puddings.

Decent night.
