Had mine in a hotel in town free drinks all night apparently. It started on Friday 7:30pm the free bar was closed by 9pm. Apparently we had clocked up a tab of 5k in the space of an hour and a half. To be fair we were all taking the piss, I was getting four double vodka and cokes at a time.

We got ours tomorrow. Going for a meal at the Hesketh (Cheadle i think) then we get £30 each for drinks. Won't even touch the sides :(

I'm paying for my meal (as I'm not an employee) but my client is paying my train fare plus I'll get paid my normal rate for the day so can't complain.

Booked in for a meal and free drinks at the pub next door then the proper christmas do will be in town in January. Free meal/drinks entertainment etc

Wow I need a new job after reading this. My employers wouldn't give you the steam from their piss. Not only do we have to pay for our works do we have to organise and book the bloody thing ourselves as well.
