Ramos is gash, probably the most overated player in the world!!

Clearly a real madrid/spain regular player is poor, how is it even possible to post this shit?

Have you seen him play?

He cant defend for toffee, he's a glorified winger playing at right back moved there from centre back because he wasnt good enough. A headless chicken at the best of times with absolutly no postional sense what so ever!!!

Popular misconception purely based on the confederations cup. Real over the past few years have leaked goals throughout the side, but they look a bit more solid this season with Albiol and the Diarra/Alonso combination in front of the back four. Casillas regularly conceded two a game, yet is labelled the best keeper in the world. When you actually watch Ramos, hes a quality young full back, which he proved tonight against Iniesta. Strong in the air, two good feet, nippy and still learning the game.

what im saying charlie is we need both...a top defender and attacker in one,BUT,and its a big but..they are rare.we have the financial clout to find one though.

Lets be honest, its half about the talent, half about coaching. If a player has no talent, the best coach in the world can't make him look good. Also, bad coaching can make a talented player look crap.Take Joe Royle and the way his tactics, style and coaching ruined Kinkladze, before selling him in a volley of abuse and cheap insults.Imagine if we did buy someone like Danny Alves and he was being told how to defend by a journeyman like Mark Bowen. He'd be better off listening to JIM fucking Bowen.

Lets look at this a different way

Richards, next best England right back?
Zab, Argentinian International defender.

Perhaps we need a better defence coach?

We have the players, we don't need any more.
WE NEED TO CHANGE THE FOOKIN MANAGER AND HIS WANK MATES

I thought he was gash long before that, even last season when they had ramos as manager and had managed to stop leaking so many goals, he was still a weak point in the team. He was a good youngster with loads of potential when a Sevilla and hasnt really improved at Real, vastly overrated.

All about opinions I guess mate, he had a really good game today though. Gash is a bit ridiculous considering hes arguably playing for one of the best club teams, and the best international side, but fair enough. The fact is though, hes miles better than anything we've got.
