Agreed. If he didn't go back and put his head (however gently) into Muller's, we wouldn't be having this discussion. Yes, Muller acted like a ****. But Pepe brought the red card on himself.

By the same argument if Muller doesnt playact then Pepe doesnt react and we get on with 11v11.

Its just points out that Pepe is an idiot. he knows exactly what will happen after he pushes his head in to Mullers head.

Exactly. It isn't rocket science. If Pepe doesn't react to the original, ridiculous amateur dramatics from Muller, I doubt either of them would even have got a yellow card. But let's be honest here; Pepe has a poor (very poor) disciplinary record over his career. Opponents are only too aware of that, and will target him in an attempt to wind him up. That's always happened in football. It's up to him to keep a modicum of self control in such circumstances. If he can't/won't, he will suffer the consequences. Is what Muller did right? Certainly not. But Pepe was stupid.
