Not even in the life of the universe...In theory most things are possible, in practice most things are not.. !!
True, but it's fun to dream. :)

Also there's a decent chance London is going to get a NFL franchise in the not-too-far future and with the way the NFL is structured, they will have a good chance of winning the Super Bowl within 5 years.

My word you have been busy taking your medicine... The Super Bowl won by a London franchise in less than 5 years..!!! That's less likely in the lifetime of 100 universes...Dream on bud... ;-)
Noooooo... within five years of establishing a team in the city. Expansion franchises and relocating franchises get a lot of perks in the NFL. The system is weighted to boost new and/or poor teams. Sorry for the off-topic drift, but I think you're misunderstanding me.

The Yank right back was dead on his feet at the end, no wonder he ran a marathon in 90 mins last night.
Fabian Johnson. Yeah, Bedoya wasn't giving him a lot of cover. Zusi did better when he came on at covering instead of just leaving the right back 2-on-1, but the damage had been done by that point.

Either that match was far more physically draining than others in the tournament so far or the conditioning drills at your camps were under/over assertive. You lost two players to hamstring injuries and I counted four others that looked like they had minor muscular injuries. That's not counting Dempsey, though, who had his face kicked off for no apparent reason (absolutely ridiculous challenge that—no explanation for kicking upward wildly after you've already leapt three feet into the air to head the ball).

If anything I've heard that the team overtrained.

...enjoyed ;-)

That's him.

Robbie Savage (commentator) was bollocking him after the Ghana goal and when he got caught out of position soon after. Then when he gives his last piece of energy to win the goal scoring corner, he was praising him for being on Ghana's touchline.

Ran himself into the ground. Good luck to our resident yanks.

That would be my assessment based on the injuries, too, but I hadn't read about their preparations so it was only a guess.

Hopefully it does cause even more of an injury crisis than already exists.

USA! USA! USA! USA!

I actually hate that chant of ours. But fuck if I don't feel good about it today. Draw vs. Portugal surely sees us through now!!!

the fact that you feel good about this win is funny enough, never mind drawing Vs. Portugal and seeing yourself through.

all power to you mate.

you go girl!

no idea why it would be funny? progressing out of this group would be excellent.
