This referee has been a bit of a clown tbh, can't seem to even sort a simple freekick out
 
Really impressed the US got out of this group. Be good for football if the Americans got more into real football as their sports over there are utter shite. Certainly makes England's fail all the more embarrassing.
 
so when the Americans aren't just tagging along in our victories against the Germans, and instead have to fight them all by themselves, they can't beat them...

hardly the group of death either, more fanciful romanticizing as the Americans can never just do a humble, decent job about anything, has to be "heroic and against the odds".

Maybe might shut up those who think he's better than Messi. All I have heard is Ronaldo supposedly carries Portugal and Messi plays shit for the Argies but this world cup has changed that.

It's utter bollocks. Portugal carry Ronaldo, not the other way around. He scores the goals, but the rest of the team do everything for him, allowing him to do whatever he wants, which so far in this WC, has been jack shit

Not bollocks at all. Ronaldo has been Portugal's best player for pretty much 10 years now. Messi has done very little with a far more talented squad. He has stepped up this tournament, but it's not over yet. Ronaldo has had the better last couple of seasons and despite being older has probably been better than Messi more years than not. Messi at his best was better than Ronaldo, but as I said both are below Zidane.

Loew is going to stop Germany winning the tournament. Hansen hates Germans, but pointing out how stupid they are playing such slow defenders with a high line is obvious. Playing centre backs at full back and repeatedly starting with Podolski when that's what cost them in Euro 2012. Put Grosskreutz and Lahm at full back with Boateng to give them more defensive cover.

The NBA is great. Basketball is the world's second sport behind football.
