Just a word on Danny Mills, I agree 40k a week for doing nothing is wrong, however he was a quality bloke when I took my lad to Carrington, I had taken him to watch training and City had gone over to Ireland to play a pre season friendly, Scottish Mike on the gate took me and my lad behind the scenes to have a look around as he could see my lad was major disappointed, Danny was inside and made a proper fuss of my lad and took the piss because he had red nike trainers on, saying that they should be blue. My lad made me go out and buy blue trainers, that weekend we were playing Lazio I think it was the Thomas Cook Trophy Bollox, Mills was walking around the pitch before the game ( injured I think LOL ) and spotted my lad, he came straight over and said "lets have a look at your trainers, Blue, thats better" it made my lads day and he still talks about it. Little things like that take no time or effort but make a big difference.

On the OP subject Steve Daley, I went to his first away game against Bolton, I was only 10 and got twatted outside Burnden Park, 1.4 million pounds worth of shit, who remembers his 50 yard backpass at home v Everton straight to Easto who scored.
