Hop Pole in Ashton, I'm not accustomed to being propositioned before noon

Been shut down for a while

Just worked out that my mam and dad had this pub 30 years ago,it was a Bass house then and was pretty decent,two football teams,darts,crib and pool.
When I was recently at home I drove past and it was shut up,though so were most boozers in Ashton.

The cavern as you may know it is one of the biggest shitholes anywhere
Its about £1.40 a pint and all the alkies are pissed up outside

Only pub left from back in the day is the feathers,and thats gone down the blues route,if you get my drift....

I've seen some really fucked up sights stood outside that Friday's in town in the middle of the afternoon. Fuck knows what they serve in there but from the looks of it it attracts (or used to, not even sure if it is still open) every pisspot in a 50 mile radius.

The Cross Guns in Sheffield. Within 5 seconds after ordering a pint, I was thereatened with a cross bow through my head unless I fucked off.

Timezone what a fuckin shithole, landlord reckons hes a big mate of Cantona hence all his mirrors and posters.

No wonder its so dark in there the clientels boozy red noses light the shithole up they dont need lights.

Surprised nobodys mentioned the Bowling Green in Ashton thats going downhill fast as well
