I've never eaten it but have in a memory once mom cooked this vile, vile food when I was kid - it's tripe, made from stomachs of various animals.

The smell of it while cooked is like all most unpleasant smells of the world mixed into one giant fuck off and die smell. Seriously, I'd rather die than eat that.
