I think as a manager he deserves more respect. But if we really want a new manager to hit a new level, then I dont think he is the man.

He is managing a side where he knows he is leaving, with fans that cant stand the sight of him. I think tactically he is a very good manager. I would have him in a heartbeat if Mancini was to leave.
