Would You Pay Extra For A 2023/2024 Season Ticket That Guaranteed You A Ticket For Concerts, Etc, At The Coop Live Arena?

The fact the arena is next to the ground puts me off, it is run down area with poor transport links and near non-existent night-time economy offer.

Think I read somewhere that there’s going to be 35 bars and restaurants built as part of the project.

How may bars an restaurants do you think are in City's ground, and how popular are they without a captive crowd?

The same as any venue, you avoid them unless you have no choice.

Literally wouldn't happen.

That be 30 thousand odd fans getting ahead of tickets for gigs and then not allowing others the chance to buy one.

Also don't think the artists be happy knowing that either.

Good idea, but unrealistic
I think that's correct. But the biggest opportunity for CFG will be for sponsorship and the corporate market. They will be able to sell joint packages for concerts and football trips. With around 100 events a week and 30 plus home matches that could be lucrative. That extra revenue may help the club keep football tickets for season ticket holders at realistic prices (wishful thinking I know).
The bigger picture is that it will be a huge boost for Manchester's economy, especially restaurants and hotels attracting vistitors throughout the year. That will be good for the whole city with more jobs and investment. Co-op Live has also forced the Manchester Arena to improve its offering with a huge revamp. Hopefully the market can sustain two big arenas. There is potential for things like professional ice hockey, boxing, basketball, netball, and many other sporting and entertainment events. Manchester will compete with London for these sort of events.

We all know City come up with some great ideas ;-) to squeeze that little bit extra out of City fans. A Platinum Season Ticket being just 1 example of many.(of many)

If City introduced a season ticket add-on for the 2023/24 season costing £50 extra, similar to the platinum season ticket add-on, which guaranteed you a ticket regardless of the concert, artist, group or event at the Coop Live Arena, would you be tempted to opt in on your season ticket?

The Coop Live Arena is planned to open in December 2023.

I would.
Do one keep it to footy
