We get enough grief over our attendances , but with COVID ,buses , trams , and finances tight after a pandemic and the "new" and the ticketing system not fit for purpose is hardly encouraging fans to go to a match.
Its simple City let people pay on line and print their tickets at home , why do we need to do everything through apps , google pay and mobile phones , whatever they are making or saving money then tomorrow nights attendance will maybe make them see some sense , if we get "25k home fans i would be amazed

What other type of business treats their "customers" with such utter contempt.
If this was a supermarket you would change your habit and shop at a rival. They know fans won't do that but at the same time are losing fans every game it seems.....

@stuart brennan you have enough material over the past 3 / 4 pages to produce a decent article in the MEN and ask the club to respond

I had the same issue downloading a ticket: when it looks like it goes to a nothing screen I pressed one of the small buttons st the bottom of true page and the ticket appeared. More by chance than judgement.
 
My ticket has downloaded to my wallet fine but the two that I got transfered to my lads have not had the "Your ticket is ready to download" email. There's another option on the preliminary email with a link that doesn't exist, same as you @jrb .

Absolute fucking shambles.

I've posted like this before, although SB dosen't slag us off in the press like 95% of the media, they all seem afraid to actually support the fans & take this on, it's almost like they're scared to attribute any blame to the top brass.
