the german reports are saying that inter won't be paying anything for the loan itself but will have to pay 18mio euros at the start of the summer transfer window.
kinda like negredo. its not an option but obligation to buy.

Inter is watched by the UEFA and cannot buy right now. So it is a loan and a buy in summer.
