2012 Afcon: Ivory Coast cancel Paris meeting

Ivory Coast coach Francois Zahoui has cancelled his team’s scheduled gathering in Paris amid foggy arrangements for the 2012 African Cup of Nations.

The Elephants were to regroup on Saturday January 7 in the French capital before heading for Abu Dhabi where a pre-tournament camping will hold for a week, to be topped off with two friendly matches against Lebanon and Tunisia.
However, the new arrangement enjoins the players to travel individually to the United Arab Emirate without a stopover in France. No reasons were given by the coach, but a source at the Ivory Coast Football Federation (FIF), who refused to be named for not being authorized to speak for the body, told Supersport.com that the decision was not from coach Zahoui but from the FA itself.
Ivory Coast will kick off their campaign against Sudan in Group B on January 22 in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, before meeting familiar neighbours Burkina Faso and Angola.

From what I have seen of Mancini he has not tried any "intentional misdirection or mind game tricks yet."
He has always been totally straight forward and honest with team injuries and availability. Sometimes I think he is too "open!"
IMO Fergie is assuming Mancini is hiding the truth because this is what he does all the time.

yep - no chance Yaya will play.
Not City/Mancini style at all to bullshit about it

When has Mancini EVER been dishonest with team news? He always says who is available and who is not, and is always proven to have been telling the truth.

There's no mind games, he isn't "pulling a swift one".

Yaya is not playing. Fact!
People that end posts with "FACT" are cretins.

And those who end posts with "SOUP" are croutons.

Has anyone got an up to date answer for this one? Been hearing both Toure's are back and both have gone to France from different sources.
