Yaya Toure apologises

Yeah ones vandalism and animal murder the other is some silly words from a nob head
The principles the same, if you employ someone to represent you or carry out actions on your behalf you're legally responsible for their actions and conduct while they do so.

Because he pays the agent's wages, he's the agent's boss and his employee is constantly slandering and criticising the people who pay Yaya's wages. Why is this so hard to understand for some people. If I pay somebody to come to your house, brick your windows, poison your pets and smash up your car, am I blameless?

That would depend on whether Bluemc1 is C*nt or not. If I paid you to smash PEG's windows ?

It gets my goat to he was 'surprised' by Guardiola's reaction. You act like a spoiled brat
Well said matey.

How do matey, been very busy recently :-(

On topic again, yeah i just am not having it. So much pisses me off, the way that **** Seluk uses phrases like 'it's really sick' talking about lack of cake. No Dimitry, innocent civilians getting their heads chopped of for using internet in some areas of Syria and surrounding areas is sick, how very dare he use terms associated with real genuine ills in the world in context of a load of shit aimed at getting his mate a bumper new contract. Or how Yaya was 'surprised' to find out Peps reaction, oh do fuck off you contrary dopey prick.

Everything this guy is getting hassle wise now he has brought fully on himself, you can do many things in life but you can't take away personal responsibility. So to those who say 'blamed for what his agent said' and are not being stupid on purpose, i refuse to believe you actually think Yaya is innocent and you are anything but Yaya fan boys. If you do think there is such a disconnect between the two (yaya and seluk) then good luck sussing life out because it will be bloody hard for you :-D

Shit in a bag on his doorstep with an extra surprise of dead hedgehog in said bag added for good measure xD

We did that to a famous ex utd player when i was a kid, he played at the weekend so can't have stood on the hedgehog that lost a fight with a car.

When an employee repeatedly throws shit (by proxy) at his employer in public doesn't it warrant a legal termination of his contract I wonder. Sack the ****!

I think that's what they want to be honest.... it's the only reason I can think of, especially now with Seluk asking city chiefs to discipline Pep.
He's trying to piss off everyone at the club, and he's not just turned like this over night, something tells me he's always been a ****, and something tells me that he's played Mancini and Pellegrini before.
I've always asked if Yaya had a clause in his contract that prevented him from getting dropped, but now I realise Seluk has had managers in his back pocket, but Pep isn't taking any of his shit and he doesn't like it, so he's trying to force an early move/termination as soon as possible, and I wouldn't be surprised if Seluk gets a bonus for every time Yaya plays, so I'd like to imagine that he's losing a shit load of money every week!

By saying that Seluk speaks for him, and without speaking out himself to deny Seluk's accusations, then Yaya is in effect guilty of treating his employers with contempt. In the real world this would be a sackable offence and it may be the correct action if at least he received a club suspension whereby he would be kept well away from the rest of the squad. Maybe then he would have time to clear his head and instruct Seluk to do what he's supposed to do, that is, to negotiate with other clubs his next job and to arrange his next contract. It's been clear for some time now that Yaya's time at City is fast running out, Pep or no Pep, and Seluk should be working in a positive way for his client.
