Re: Yaya Toure
How do you mean?
If we decide not to sell as the money isn't right he does a Tevez and refuses to play? Or just creates such a fuss to try and force us to sell?
I assume they of course will, but I really hope the club have a good idea of what he wants exactly, and what has brought this about? As the mixed messages coming from his agent have been simply bizarre from the point of view of a fan.
I've said all along that I think his gripe with lack of recognition is with the League, not with City- and, to be fair, is a legitimate one considering gerrard was voted higher than him in the Journalists player of the Year. That is nothing to do with City though.
There will be more to it than that- but he clearly has a huge chip on his shoulder about recognition.

Personally I think that prices Toure out of a move this summer ... but you just never know.
I'd take 40 million quid for Toure all day long. Not without having a decent replacement lined up, and lets not kid ourselves the man to replace Toure has to be decent, but that would be great business for a 31 year old. I imagine with the temper tantrums, Soriano will also remember Ronaldinho, and the point they really should have sold him but chose not to, only to sell him a poor season later for a fraction of the price.
If the money reaches those levels City will sell.
The only thing we don't know right now is what Toure himself is going to do after the world cup. Him and his agent are more than capable of properly throwing their toys out of the pram.
