A fantastic player for City putting in wonderful match winning performances. However his recent and untimely decisions to disrespect and besmirch the club which gave him the best avenue to display his talents discredits his team and his team mates who are also admirable in winning the league title. If Manchester City can orchestrate a reasonable transfer fee for him I think City should let him go.

so we give the **** what he wants?
despite the way he's gone about it?

takes all sorts I suppose.
I don't know what he wants. I honestly don't think he knows either. Whatever it is, it isn't in the larger interests for Manchester City. Let him go.

Re: Yaya Toure

Toure for me the way he has gone about things in the last couple of months has been a massive disappointment to say the least. In the Gary Cook interview he said the one player who bought into what the club was trying to do and didn't just come for the money was Toure. He has probably been the most complete midfield player i have seen since Colin Bell and on his day is almost unplayable. His goals won us the semi final against the rags and the final, giving us our first trophy in 35 years. His wonder strike against Sunderland lifted everybody and helped us win the league cup and his goals this year have been a massive plus to us winning the league again. Now he is in danger of spoiling all these great memories by behaving like a spoilt prima donna 5 year old. What a shame.

In some ways i can understand him wanting to move on.He has won four trophies here, the domestic set and the league twice. At 31 he probably feels we aren't strong enough to win the champions league before he retires and maybe he wants one last crack at it with a club who may win it,who knows?

He should have gone away, enjoyed the world cup,had a holiday and reflected. If he still wanted to go i am sure if he sat down with the powers that be and explained why and a decent offer came in he would have gone with everyone's love and blessing.Instead we have had the shameful and stupid rants and statements played out in full glare of the world's media.

If he does go i hope the club play hardball and take a top player plus cash in exchange from whatever club comes in for him, otherwise for me he stays and sees out his contract.

As i say it is just a great shame it has come to this.
