Like I said above it may be that we have a list of midfield targets that we value at £20m and we're going to see which of them can be acquired for that amount.

Doesn't mean we won't go higher for that special someone though ;)

If we have agreed a deal with yaya as his agent says then there must be some sort of agreement with barca are surely they wouldn't have let us speak with him in the first place.

Yaya is a class player and will love to be here with his brother.

I would go up to 25 mil for him but barca are trying to take us for as much money as possible from us which to be honest is expected because we would do the same but if Yaya tells them he wants to move then that could mean them losing out on some money because they cant keep a player that wants to stay.

It will probably take £25m-£27m to get them to accept. One thing is for certain, it doesn't matter how stubborn we are, Barca will not cave in to £20m. Not when it's us that's bidding.
