Yaya Toure to Milan?

His agent's a shit house. Though it's going to be either Yaya is absolutely adamant at staying or his agent is playing hard ball with other teams to raise the price etc.

IF he stays we have to manage him correctly and not play him in a 2 man midfield game after game, especially against the better teams.

Toure's agent is the typical example of someone who thinks they're clever but actually is really, really stupid!!

He's trying to be clever by going public saying Toure is staying as we have turned down offers ... I haven't seen the full transcript but firstly I would suggest that clubs like Inter have made a pathetic offer trying to take the piss and we've told them to f*ck right off!! ... That doesn't mean that we're going to keep him given the transfer fun and games haven't really kicked off yet....

That sums his agent up really ... thinks he's clever, actually thick as pig shit!! ... Toure can't be much better having such a prick representing him!!! What a pair of tw*ts!!

Sounds to me like Touré is threatening to stay on his fat wage if City don't lower the fee. I'm sure he'd be happy to fuck our transfer plans if it meant him getting his own way.

Sort of, but it's more like...

Seluk - Hi Inter, City want 15m. Is it a go?
Inter - Uh we can't afford 15m. Tell Yaya to lower his wages or City to lower their price.
Seluk - Uh City, Inter wants you to lower the price.
City - Nah we want 15m. Yaya has to lower his wages even more if he wants to go.
Seluk - Uh Yaya you'll have to take a huge pay cut.
Yaya - What?
Seluk - Yaya's happy at City.

Was really hoping we could be done with Yaya's antics and his agent but looks like we're stuck with an aging, declining primadonna on 220k/week. Selling him at a lower fee, getting him off the wage bill and buying a younger replacement with potential and a better attitude is our best option. Still hoping that, contrary to what his agent says, he'll leave this summer.

Early days yet .... I reckon he'll go but not on the cheap like Inter think they can get him

It is unlikely that any other club would sign a 32 year old player on, presumably, a three year contract and with a wage, presumably, in excess of £220k per week, even without taking a transfer fee into consideration. There's no way that Inter could afford that without asking City to stump up some kind of loyalty bonus to compensate for a drop in pay. And that's before we get to the nitty gritty of an actual transfer fee on top. Reality has finally kicked in and Seluk has milked his cow for all it's worth and the only way for him now is downhill.

I dont like what goes on every year with Yaya and his agent but I dont think that statement holds true if you look at what he has won, where he has played and indeed if you were to get his bank managers opinion. I must confess, I do not know if its been the same agent throughout but ultimately whether we like it or not, he's done a fine job of securing his clients future. (He is an annoying Bellend though without doubt)

The 2 amigo,s,have had dealing when at barca with the shit-head,but now we/they hold the upper-hand.
So with all the crap he come out with since cake gate & the disrespect for everyone involved with the club,He is generally fked now..(well 90%)
And in 2yrs time he will be in no position to demand anything from the club,& i doubt any club would be interested in a 34yr old player on such wages..
So the man who wears dodges wool cardigans,History shows watch what you say cause if you don't it will come back & kick you in the balls in the future..

Be careful what you wish for, one of the best players to wear the blue shirt with still very much left to give. If he goes can guarantee we will rue and reminisce about what a player he was. He proved again on Sunday that he is still way above anything we have as a centre midfield.
