"He has done all he could do at City and he needs new motivations," Dimitri Seluk told Ona FM. "Toure would like a new challenge.

"He would not cost much. He has two years on his contract and in one year he could leave under the Webster ruling."

Seluk then guaranteed that no talks have taken place with Barca, but admitted he would like to take his client back to Camp Nou.

"Toure could sign for many big clubs, like Chelsea and Bayern [Munich]," he added. "Moreover, we would like to see Barca join the race.

"I have not spoken with [soon-to-be Barca coach] Tito Vilanova or [president] Sandro Rosell, but they know the situation and if they are interested in the player there will be no problem to sit down and talk."

The agent also seemingly opened the door for a move to Real Madrid, stating that coach Jose Mourinho is a big fan of his client.

"I do not know if Madrid are interested in Toure, but I know that Mourinho has liked him a lot since he was at Chelsea," Seluk noted.

"He also wanted him when he joined Inter, but Toure was at Barca."

This is goal.com reporting this for pity's sake.

For starters, he has three years left on his contract. You'd have thought his agent would know that, no?

Could anyone type out what the MEN said because there's still nothing on the website.

Just says that city have quashed rumours he wants to leave following comments made by his agent, "writes Stuart Brennan". No quotes from city. Says that fears were heightened when he missed parade but that it was due to him receiving emergency treatment on a thigh injury. It's literally a paragraph or 2 long that's all. Although the bit about missing the parade due to that is absolute shite, if he wanted to be at the parade he would of been, same with balotelli.

Saying that i still don't see any situation in which he can leave this summer. Who's gonna pay what we would want to even make us consider selling him, for a 29 year old with no sell on value? We'd want at least £30millilon, probably upwards of that, will barca pay that for a player they sold for 24mil when he was 2 years younger? No. Will Madrid or bayern pay that much for a 29 year old? Very much doubt it.

Also city know how crucial he is to us, our midfield goes from world class to distinctly average if we lose Yaya, look how we lacked any ideas and drive when we were without him in january/ February. Mancini knows this. The stories may be worrying but i just can't see him leaving this summer.

We can't lose yaya he is the key to our middle
If he dont want to be here, then its best for both parties.

I dont want anyone at city who dont want to be there.
