Is he worth the aggrivation?
He can only wind you up if you listen to him and since he's a first class prick, his views don't matter.
Turn your back on him whenever you see him. Don't speak to him.
As for the grit, as someone else suggests, go and get it back when he's out and then turn yur back on him if he asks you about it. He if gets upset and lands one on you, there's your invite.

A mate had a neighbour put his window in and then charge onto his house and start a fight
The guys got a caution

2 young lads (17,18) nicked my caravan from a secure location.
Police pulled them over and arrested them on the spot.
I got my van back with over £1000 worth of damages to it.
The lads got a caution
I wouldn't worry too much about what the CPS will do....but like a said, is he worth it?
