You want Mancini out by Monday?

Also, Van Gaal, Pellegrini (sp?), Mourinho and Jol.

Anyone is NOT available, dear oh dear.

It's not the Argos catalogue.

It's the same with players. You have to find the right individual, and he has to want it. They have careers, families, feelings, personal ambitions and preferences. Sometimes people like the job they have and want to see it through.

Does anyone really believe Mourinho is going to walk out on Real after 3 months, when he has the chance of winning a second consecutive Champions League trophy?

Why would Van Gaal leave one of the most prestigious, priviledged jobs in football, a job where he is hugely succesful and settled? For a few dollars more?

That's the sort of thinking that does bother me. Money can't just buy who you want. Otherwise we would have had Mourinho this time last year. QED.

Pellegrini just got the Malaga job. He's not rated that highly, I'm afraid.

Hiddink screwed us when we tried to replace Hughes, his agent went public whilst MH was still in the job. What else do you expect from a man who has extremely close ties with Abramovich?

Redknapp is faltering at Spurs, has made numerous derisory comments about the heirachy and owners here, has a court case pending.

Klopp? Whatever, he's done next to nothing at Boroussia. 12 good games and he's the best out there? I suppose we should have hired Phil Brown when Hull made their miracle start to the premiership.

Hi Mancini
Can you take your head out your arse and get the team playing some football?
Thanks.

What planet are some of you clowns living on thinking Mourinho would come here?

MOURINHO is currently at Real Madrid (one of the biggest clubs in the world incase you have forgotten) why the hell would he come here? Some people really need to lower their expectations on who we would get if Mancini was to leave.
By the way if we did get Mourinho we would still play the same style of football (negative as some people keep calling it).

Mancini is doing fine and we were unlucky not to win today, get over it and get a grip.

We would probably be on our 5th manager of the season if it were up to Some people on this board.

And you think we have him at the moment? Serious question.

You're quoting me out of context.
Not really. You did say

The implication (rightly or wrongly) is that you feel that some of the alternative managers listed by me and 20sbc07 are not either the right individual or they wouldn't want the job. Now you may very well have a point re. Mourinho being highly unlikely to leave Real after 5 minutes in the job. However, I don't think there would be too many managers out there who wouldn't want to be paid a fortune and also have a bottomless transfer kitty.

Oh, and you didn't answer the question!

Those few individuals calling for Mancini's head should be ashamed of themselves. Can't they see how sacking a manager when lying 4th would make us look an utter laughing stock? It would give ammunition to those who hate us for trying to buy success at any cost and the press would have an absolute field day with it.
Personally I don't really care what the rest of the world thinks of us but why oh why can't those few get the concept that changing will not bring instant success particularly as we are already well on the way to becoming the force we all want City to be.
Mancini outers get a grip...he's never let any of his previous clubs down.
Be patient.

Please tell me who will come into the club to be the new manager for the next 5 year plan?

Please tell me who is available who will win us the premier league playing attacking, flowing, exciting football, home and away, week in, week out?

Come on then let's have it.
The apologists keep telling us we have to put up with boring football as the price for success. Well we're putting up with boring football but we ain't going to see any success with 0-0 draws at home to Birmingham.

We don't have to make the decision. The owners do and I believe they're on the job as we speak.
Don't ask questions old boy. Just accept things to way they are and back the manager, you negative bastard.

Indietro con Mancini!

Yes. Because I support the club not the manager and the one we have is destroying the club I love. He and the owners need to know.

Just what effect do you think it had on the team?
Get your head out of your arse. We aren't talking about some little kids at school who need a bit of encouragement to bolster their confidence. It's not like shouting at them because they spelled a word wrong.

These are very highly paid (supposed) professionals who are used to performing in front of a hostile crowd. And if they ain't performing then they need to know. I don't agree with picking on a player, like many did with Edghill. But we are the soul of this club and when we see Gareth Barry replacing Tevez when we're chasing a game then the manager needs to know what he's done.

So if you go to a good restaurant and the meal is shit, do you compliment the chef because you don't want to offend him?

You want Mancini out by Monday?

No.

But I'd like him to learn and evolve.

He does not need to be so cautious on every occasion. He will get better results if he lets the talent loose more often and when appropriate.

And no I don't expect that he will.
