Decided to give it a miss as we were looking at a £1k bill for this trip ,
Just thought I'd ask has any cheap flights appeared last minute ?

Some Irish bars show a picture of their beer menu. One is showing 9.50 Swiss Francs for Guinnes and Lagers. Exchange is around 1.1 to the pound.

Yep, I'm told CHF6.50 for 500ml.

I'm also told that there are quite a few Co-op Supermarkets selling 6 x 35cl Corona bottles (circa 2 litres) for CHF9.95, so, street drinking maybe the order of the day!

Depends what you mean by cheap. Manchester - Geneva Tues - Thurs is £217

I’ll be heading there the menu looks quite reasonable. My missus will feel quite at home with Newcastle brown ale
