I suppose most blokes don't like revealing their salary either?

Why is it that some people don't want people to know how old they are - even cyber friends they've never met haha

a lot of my friends on facebook don't fill in the bit that says what year they were born, so you get a reminder that its somebody's birthday today but it doesn't say which birthday (only on about 20%)

I have to say that I notice its mostly the ladies who are shy of showing theyre age

Im always puzzled why though, is it something to be ashamed off ?

I like your thinking but always remember us ''stupid old bastards'' are not as stupid as people think, we have come through momentous ages, the post war 50s were tough, the 60s were weird, the 70s were mad but brilliant(best of the lot), the 80s were depressing and from the 90s onwards its been the technical age, so we have seen a lot of change in our lifetimes and absorbed it all
