bobbles bom bomProper first name is Jeffrey but everyone except my Mother always called me Jef (Jef using only one F, long story).
Even my Dad always said " Our Jef " and never Jeffrey.
Could be worse. Could be mikey.
Michael but Mike to everyone except my close family
Street fight in Manchester. That's interesting about the guy in Flixton. I lived opposite the Bird in Hand for ten years. Didn't meet Roydon though.Used to be a Roydon in Flixton where I grew up. He'll be pushing 50 now.
When you say 'had a fight', do you mean as in a boxing match, or down the pub/hospital/dairy?
Yeah, I knew about the village. I'm visiting Norfolk next week. I'll try and pay Roydon a visit.I live in East Anglia - there's a village 1 mile from Diss, Norfolk, called Roydon.
Just sayin'.
bobbles bom bom
the red ****
Trust you :)He's really tall, like a giraffe so I used to call him giraffrey.
But one day I thought I would spice it up by lobbing a bit of jizz at it.
MPBlew, I know your pain brother. And I mean every flipping day, often several times.I'm happy with my first name, but my surname has always caused confusion.
I know I will always have to spell it out letter by letter when I say it. I don't personally think it's that difficult a name to say, but I think it's more a reflection of people that can't listen or read properly.
It's just my take on things. I was born with my surname. I have no reason to change it, but having spent my whole life having to spell it out letter by letter every single time I say it, I don't understand why parents of newborn children think a unique spelling of a name or one nobody has heard of before is a great idea.
It's not. It's a right pain in the arse their offspring will be burdened with for their whole lives.
'Is that Mr Bradley?'
'
No.
Read my fucking name and say it properly if you can read, please.
