This was my first and it was a belter. Had like a shiny sheen thing going on. Used to think I was the mutts nuts walking round in it.

Hope Umbro release a load of legit retro numbers (rather than toffs), because lets be honest, they always look better with manufacturers logo's.

The 1977 away shirt, umbro made, white with the red and black strip, no sponsors logo in those days.

It's one of my fondest memories when my Grandfather took me into Stockport town centre (can't remember the shops name, slugs or suggs?) to get the shirt for my 10th birthday pre 77/78 season.

I was so chuffed I never took the shirt off, I then used some birthday money to get the shorts and socks, what a great kit and summer.

I can't wait for the new version this season.

An Umbro casual top not replica with a giant MCFC on the front. Blue, short-sleeved. Loved that top especially when I lived darn sarf.

my first City shirt was the 92/93 home shirt, however I was wearing this away shirt when I broke my ankle aged 15, when I got to A&E, trying to calm me a nurse asked me was it a u****d shirt. I thought to myself, it's bad enough having a broken ankle without you insulting me like that! lol

This way mine. I was 12 years old and I was so happy that I wore it almost everyday.

In fact I still have it, I might go put it on!! ;)

I remember going to the last game of the season with my mate from school facepainted in those colours! Happy days!
