Your First Derby Game

September 77 at Maine Road. 3-1 win. We were a much better team than them. Remember being really disappointed at the number of Rags in the seats behind both goals. I couldn’t understand where the blues who usually sat there were.

It was a bit dodgy outside afterwards.

The 3-2 in 93 where Quinn scored twice and we were 2-0 up at half time but lost 3-2. I would have been 6 or 7. Cantona scored twice and then Keane into the goal I was sat behind. Needless to say it was a pretty decent taster for what supporting City would be like for the next two decades.
Same - i'm still learning to live with the result from that game.

Can't remember the first one. In fact, can't remember the last one. But I can remember a reserve derby at Maine Road where the fat bastard Dawson was playing for the Rags, and gave Maradonna a dress rehearsal for his 'hand of God'. Clear as fuckin' day he swung his arm over his head and guided it into the net. Ref didn't want to know, the cheating bastard. That was the day I started to fuck refs off!

First one I went to was at Etihad in 2005 (or COMS back then), we lost 2-0 with Rooney scoring so I like to forget about that one and remember the next one I went to which was the 2008 1-0 win with Geovanni scoring

3-3 in 90 and think we were 3-1 up with about 5 minutes to go and drew 3-3. Remember being in utter joy singing we want 5 and then suddenly being on the floor at full time. Typical City.
