Your Football Manager Seasons?

So I've steered Stalybridge in some style to the Blue Square North title. A neat achievement, sure. But how the actual fuck have I just been offered the Atletico Madrid job?

Finished 14th in my first season in the La Liga with Murcia. I'm really pleased with that, a load of dead woods contracts are up at the end of the season, so it frees my wage budget up quite a bit to bring in some more young talent.

Looking for a top half finish next season :).

Haha, whats your past experience? If you're down as a former international footballer or something then you get jobs really easily.

The average age of my squad is 22! Poor start to the season so far, played 2 lost 2, think this is going to be a much harder season then I first thought!

I like how you have to adapt your style when moving from the championship to the premiership on FM10.
When i had a game as newcastle I played a quick tempo and direct passing style 4-4-2 system which won me the league comfortably but when i got to the premier league i got 1 point from five games and was bottom.
I had to go to a very defensive 4-5-1 with a narrow width and confirmed safety with 3 or 4 games to go.

I've been capped 25 times for the Faroe Islands. 2 goals.
