It seems there is quite a debate on whom they prefer playing in defence with Zab/Micah at right back, Dunne/Toure at centre back and now Joleon/Bridge possibly at left back.

Just want to see what people see as our strongest back four now.

Personally i would go for the following...

HOME.

Zab
Toure
Lescott
Bridge

AWAY.

Micah
Toure
Nedum
Lescott

no problems with that

I think you need to have a fairly settled back four. Personally, I'd go for:

Richards
Toure
Lescott
Bridge

huh?

we change the back 4 for home and away games???
come on - be sensible fella - whatever the line up it's the same starting 4 for each game - as per all other top teams

I;ve not read if we have signed Lescott yet. I'll assume we will have him by next match.

Home: Richards Lescott Toure Bridge

Away: Zab Lescott Toure Bridge

Onuoha has done nothing wrong to be dropped though. But if we're going to spend £20m on Lescott we need to use him, and so far Bridge has been brilliant in the friendlies and 2 league games, a real part of our attack and defence. Also Zab away because he is a better defender but I prefer Richards going forward which will be needed at home. but we shouldnt be hindering Richards either, similar situation to Onuoha actually.

Probably not a good idea to switch the defence around a lot though.

No but they'll need to change depending on injuries. Remember we also have Kompany!
