YOUR starting back four.

I wouldn't be changing the back 4 if not required. The more a back 4 plays together the better it understands each other.

The back 4 will quite clearly be Bridge Toure Lescott Rochards.

Only question mark is Richards form

I'm probably being contraversial but I'd go for this.

ZABALETA TOURE KOMPANY LESCOTT

Depends who we are playing if eg we are playing Stoke away and can expect the Delap throw ins I would pick Micah above that of Zab just for his aerial ability (same as Rovers) if we are playing the scum we know Evra has pace and will want to get forward and for me I would pick Zab.

Overall I rate Zab better than Micah, Toure better than Dunne and Lescott better than Onouha (for the present), Bridge doesn't have any competition yet and I am sure that will be addressed before the window closes.

What's lescott like at left back, good defender, but what about going forward?

He must be good going forward 12 goals in the last two seasons. He has played left back for everton at times and Im choosing who I think are the best defenders, they should be able to play any position if they're that good. Kompany I think is much needed to get some height at the back. Richards is better going forward but I feel that Zaba is a better all round defender.

Sure I have seen comments that he doesn't like playing left back. If you are going to spend 24m for a left footed centre half I am struggling a bit to employ him at left back to accomodate Kompany who I think his best position is DM. Could be wrong will be interesting to see what MH does.

I agree. Mark Hughes has a lot of selection dilemnas to contend with. Should Bellamy and Petrov ever get starting roles?

Richards.....Toure......Dunne......Bridge

Haven't conceded yet. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Plus, Lescott wouldn't walk into my team! Needs to prove himself first. All the back four with the possible exception of Richards in the second half yesterday have done fine.
