Micah needs games, but he'll not get many if his performance against Watford was anything to go by, best he can expect right now is 20 minutes if we're caning somebody I'm afraid, or an injury to Zab, which in the current injury situation would give us serious problems, especially as Micah could break again at any point.

As an aside, how well has he played this season? Specifically against good teams?

Mrmcfc said:He's alright, tries really hard for the team and can't fault him on that front. But there's no room for sentiment in football, and there are better right backs out there.

Yeah; his posts suggest he isn't from this parish.Wretched Vengeance said:C Velz said:Two straight matches that he was made to sit on his ass by the opposition. First Hazard, now Pilkington. I don't ever recall them happening before.

Pablo Zabaleta desperate for friend Leo Messi to join him at City and claims Barca star has asked about Manchester life
The Argentine hopes to convince his international teammate to swap the Mediterranean for Mancunian way
Pablo Zabaleta wants to one day give Lionel Messi a proper welcome to Manchester.
Zabaleta will be tasked with halting his Argentina team-mate when Manchester City face Barcelona in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
But he also dares to dream that one day Messi will decide to bring his brilliance to the Etihad on a permanent basis.
If Messi ever decided to leave the Nou Camp, then City would surely be at the front of the queue.
And Zabaleta reckons a night on the town in Didsbury with old pal messi, followed by a fish supper from his favourite chippy, would be just as enjoyable as when the pair used to live it up together on the Ramblas.
“Yeah, I have spoken to Leo about City,” said Zabaleta.
“When i came to City, after three or four months I went back to Barcelona because we had a couple of days off. I went to Leo’s house and everybody was talking about the new owners and the big money.
“Leo has asked me what it is like to be here.
“I would like to show him around Manchester. Maybe i could take him out to Didsbury and we could have some fish and chips. I think he would like that!”
Zabaleta became a close pal of Messi, when he signed for Barca’s rivals Espanyol in 2005.
“We were living in the same city, and spent three years as friends, going out,” said Zabaleta as he struggled to contain a mischievous smile.
“We were young, single...Yes, they were very good times.
“Success hasn’t changed Leo. He has won everything in the game, but he is the same person he was when he was a nobody.”
Zabaleta is from that same mould. He signed for City for £6.5million, the day before Sheikh Mansour’s takeover transformed the club. And while superstars have come and gone, the 29-year-old remains, and sees himself as one the locals.
“After six years I can say I am a Mancunian,” said Zabaleta, who was voted the club’s player of the year last season.
“I really like the new song the fans sing about me saying that.
“I want to be one of those players who all the City fans remember. When i came to Manchester the big club was United. You can’t say the same thing about Manchester now.
“City have a bigger reputation – not just in England, but around the world.
“I feel very proud to be part of it – and say I am one of the survivors of that time before the money!”
