Zinchenko BBC interview

Very emotive. He must be in turmoil right now. As he said, "Imagine watching your country getting bombed and your people killed." How do people even deal with that shit, I mean I know you have no choice but what a horrible state of affairs.

A moving interview , glad his family appear safe at the moment , not sure how he can concentrate in kicking a bag of wind about when you see the trauma in his country , Putin is a re-incarnation of Hitler he is itching for a nuclear war and unfortunately he will push the button first with his strategic weapons , i fear for Ukraine , he isnt going to stop until he levels the whole country.
He's a raving lunatic

Dont normally click links but only 3 comments on there perhaps the DM have taken them down.

That was a hard watch I have to say. Really feel for them but also feel helpless to help

terrible his courage is questioned just by good fortune of being overseas.
I’ve just watched Football Focus (recorded it) and I had to watch the interview twice. The first time I just cried almost all the way through and then I watched again after I’d pulled myself together.
It was powerful but professional. Even Lineker looked emotional.

He looks so young, I know he’s 25/26 but he looks younger and yet he has the gravitas of a true leader. I know he’ll get a great reception tomorrow. I just want to give him a motherly hug.

UKRAINE ZINCHENKO
WE STAND WITH YOU.

He’s using his profile to bring attention to the reality of how being invaded affects people, far more important than another young man fighting. Unfortunately it means exposing his own vulnerability to the world.
