Ticket queues in Glasgow

I was talking about you amongst others, yes. Your attitude seems to be from reading your post that it's ok as it doesn't bother you yet there are many others who have genuine concerns about the system that's in place.
If you don't care then I'd say it does indeed say a lot about you. The epitome of "I'm alright jack"
That's not lazy crap as you put it, just the way I see it. I think everyone who goes to the European aways should be wary of how things are panning out. Hope that's clear enough.

I speak as someone that goes to the Euro aways - people are allowed to have different opinions without receiving casual insults.

I have the same experience of ticket collection as everyone else but consider the inconvenience to be still better than the old system. Anyway best discussed on the other thread.

I've read your posts since the first I responded to and they are fair enough. When I replied originally it was because it came across to me as you didn't care about the problems people were having. As you obviously do, then I no longer see you as one of the supporters who don't give a fuck.

There has to be some dialogue between the club and supporters. As long as they remain tight lipped the more aggravated many will get. There's unlikely to be a perfect solution but it's clear what's happening at the moment has too many flaws.

Thanks and I agree things need improving.

I am intrigued by the certainty of some posters - people that I readily recognise as being more 'in the know' than me saying that it is not about tackling points whores - I was under the impression that was what it was mainly about.

I will ask for more info in the other thread

We're staying in Dusseldorf as well its 25 mins on train so we'll have a trip or we'd be in the pub think it's about 9 euros to see a bit of Germany and next day its free travel with ticket I know its a pain if your arriving on the Tuesday like.
Nice one, knowing the ones I'm going with it wont be the Tuesday we go to gladbach cos it will be check in drop bag quick freshen up and then out for the duration. Probably get up, brekkie then set off, collect ticket/wristband then all day on it, also meaning we only pay one for one journey. You never know though city might surprise us and have collection in dusseldorf, ha ha... Ps would gladly meet up for a beer

This is what we will be doing . Get an early train Wednesday morning pick tkts up then spend the day savouring the Germans hospitality. We will only have to pay one way anyway.

I have no problem with the system at all; it ensures the people with the points attend. They need to put more staff on though.
Perhaps you didn't have to queue up for an hour and a half in the rain yesterday?
It's a fookin disgrace treating fans who pay hard earned money to watch there team like this

can't argue with that steve. i'm beginning to think fuck it if its whores, security or indeed control its just not worth the hassle. we should not have to wait two hour to buy a product we have already paid for and we certainly shouldn't have two hours taken from our trip., the extra cost also like taxis etc add to the price of the ticket in reality.
hahaha Bill I told you all of that in the bar outside the collection point in Kiev

And you told me i was a socialist loon

On a brighter note it was warm rain could have been worse if it had been freezing, place reminded me of queuing for a ride in the states might have helped if they'd arranged for que to be inside. PS it was still better than queuing for 99 play off final tickets if you're listening Bernard.

About a dozen of us flying out Monday and they do drink it'll be a blessing if we have a few hours off it liver recovery time, Dusseldorf one of best drinking places I've ever been Gladbach on the other hands a bit like Ashton on a wet Sunday night. Sure we'll meet up for a beer or two mate.
