That's told us.

Re: £5 v Hamburg.£15-. £20 v Celtic

If you were a stranger browsing this board, I imagine you would be shocked.

Moan, moan, fucking moan. That's all we do. "Too expensive", "Too many people", "The chants are offensive", "The manager's buying proven premiership players when he could go and discover the next Daniel Agger...", "Why did we buy Bellamy", "Why did we buy RSC", "Toure's not as good as Onuoha"...

This place is becoming a fucking joke. Most of you cunts were happy wallowing in the shit that the likes of Mackintoss et al. left us in...but suddenly a few quid, and you've turned into spoiled, ungrateful, little twats.

Re: £5 v Hamburg.£15-. £20 v Celtic

Those points would be valid, except for the invisible diclaimer against most of em.

"Against Scottish opposition"

Re: £5 v Hamburg.£15-. £20 v Celtic

History of a club is great, but it is where you are going that counts, there are loads of clubs that have won more than City, some of them are now languishing in the the lower leagues! But still they have their "History" to keep them warm

The fact of the matter is, the Scottish Prem is far inferior to the English Prem, always has been and as it stand always will be, it's like player who set the Dutch league on fire, it means nothing in a much poorer league

The point is if they want a full house they must charge what fans are willing to pay & they arent willing to pay £15-£20 for a friendly against Celtic

dont go then, we are one of the fairest when it comes to ticket pricing. If your moaning about this then your going to have a tough season as I expect every away game will be at the very least £32 this season.

What a pile of patronising shite that first paragraph is.
Not arguing with the "history" thing but we've got a bit of our own too.
The only team to win a European trophy with an all-English side?
The biggest domestic attendance ever in English football?

Get the picture?

So you're a Great white shark in the footballing equivalent of a goldfish bowl on a very small bookshelf. So fucking what?

You have to accept that to a sizeable number of fans in England you're about as interesting and as and relevant in a footballing sense as MK Dons.

Do one.
