he was superb in the fa cup last season vs chelsea
So were a lot of the youth players but we're still told constantly that none of them are good enough.

really pleased this lad is going to sign on but he is playing in a position that do not normally hit peak till 26, and very very few make it at the club they came through at youth. there are four places up for grabs in the CL and that should be his aim , but at present he is not one of those

He will go out on loan & try to make the grade.
Would like to see him get a loan to a newly promoted side or one of the top teams in the Championship. Don't think he'd get much playing time here but he's been training with the first team all year so I don't think another year of that will be good for his progression.

Could Kompany's return to the first team be a factor? If we had 3 fully fit experienced centre backs in the squad, Pep might think he could take a chance on Adarabayio as 4th choice. But with two fully fit cb's + Vinny he perhaps thinks he needs the insurance of a more experienced 4th cb?
