Discrimination for refusing to bake a cake?

so if i had a bakers and a rag came in and asked me to bake an offensive " city are shite " cake i couldnt refuse as it would be discrimanation against rags, why cant you decide what you want to do in your own business is it not a free country, yes it is so we should be able to choose and have an opinion.

Is this where the term "Batty Boy" originated? Did gay men have a preference for Battenberg? I can understand why they'd refuse, it's not the simplest cake to make.
