Relocating Season Ticket - We've regressed - Whats going on?!

Just had a apologetic phone call from the club, after me thumping out an email on Monday evening. It was much more than I expected and I managed to get relocated to the South Stand. Credit where it's due, they know there have been problems and they're in the process of contacting those who got in touch to complain.

I have South stand level 3 £300 seat would like to do an unofficial swap for the season for a more expensive seat. And obviously pay the difference.

Contact the disabled tickets line. They were excellent for me and my dad.

See if the club will let your dad have a lift pass to get up to Level 3.

Contacted the club and they sorted out the lift, no hassle. Didn't know this was even an option without a blue badge. Thanks for the suggestion

rang up and got through on direct debit line, moved over from 117 to 115

I emailed and complained too, had a call last night about 5.15, Geordie lad, very apologetic, offered a seat in SS3 316, in the middle price bracket. Few quid saved, happy days.
